Higher VET (Grade D)

Vocational Education

Higher level training courses are specialized vocational training programs aimed at equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge to engage in specialized and skilled professional activities within their chosen fields. These programs provide a foundation for individuals to pursue qualified employment opportunities in their respective professional domains.

They are grouped into professional families and have a duration of 2000 hours (in two academic years).

The successful completion of a higher-level training course results in the attainment of a technician qualification in the relevant professional profile. This qualification not only enables students to enter the labour market with specialized skills and knowledge but also grants them access to pursue higher education studies at the university level.
